I really like the budget/cap program. I called today to inquire although it was a few months ago when the signup notice came out (oops!) “No problem,” said the woman at the office and I got set up over the phone to cap my price and recieve a lower price should the prices go down. Although it is a cool program, I am more impressed by the “no problem” comment. Every time I call when I get off the phone I feel good about this company,
